How services fit together
OpenAI or configured AI providers may process prompts, generated drafts, images, and newsletter excerpts needed to create the requested output. Stripe processes payment details; Finkle Automation servers do not receive card numbers.
What is not included
The beta SignalDraft Inbox does not require Gmail OAuth and does not access a customer mailbox. Only newsletters sent or forwarded to the workspace inbox are processed.
Retention and deletion
Existing customer content remains viewable after cancellation unless the customer separately requests deletion. Account deletion and data export require a deliberate owner-reviewed workflow before launch.
Security notes
WordPress Application Passwords are stored encrypted. Secrets, password hashes, API keys, and encryption keys are not shown in user or platform admin pages.
